Your day count

Start with your first alcohol-free day.

Your estimate will update as you change the details. Nothing is saved.

For the app’s counting rules, read how SoberTrail tracks alcohol-free days.

It shares the tool, not the answers you entered.

How the estimate works

The counter includes both dates. It starts by treating every day in that range as alcohol-free, then subtracts the number of days you remove. You can count through today or choose an earlier date.

The adjustment gives you a better total, but it still does not know which dates you removed. That means it cannot tell you your trail streak or show where a fresh trail began.

What the app adds

In SoberTrail, you can record or change the actual day. Calendar keeps confirmed, assumed, drank, and unrecorded days distinct. Your totals follow the counting style you chose, and an earlier trail stays in your history when you start again.

About this estimate

Does this include my first day?

Yes. Your first alcohol-free day is day one. The date you count through is included too.

Can this tell me my current streak?

Only if every day in the range counted. Once you remove days, the total cannot tell you where they fell. A streak needs a dated record.

What if I drank on one of those days?

Add it to Days that did not count. The tool removes one day from the total, but it does not decide whether that day was a lapse or the start of a fresh trail.
